Alux

Alux turns a dinner into a tour of the underground of Playa del Carmen. The restaurant occupies an ancient natural cavern, surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites that form part of the space rather than merely as decoration. Its offering combines contemporary Mexican cuisine, meats, fish, and seafood with a cocktail program designed to accompany an experience that begins long before the first course arrives. The cavern is divided into different environments and private spaces, allowing guests to discover distinct corners throughout the night.
