Cassa Ceviche
Ceviches, tiraditos, and Peruvian cuisine meet the Mexican Caribbean in a small Playa (Playa del Carmen) restaurant dedicated to fresh produce and intense flavors.
Cassa Ceviche brings Peruvian cuisine to Playa del Carmen from a small, intimate, product-focused perspective. Fish and seafood are the starting point for a menu built around ceviches, tiraditos, and traditional Peruvian preparations.
The proposal moves between classic recipes and cultural crosses. The Nikkei ceviche introduces Japanese flavors, while other preparations incorporate ingredients and references from the Yucatán Peninsula.
Anticuchos, octopus, seafood rice, and lomo saltado expand a menu in which pisco and cocktails also occupy an important place.
Far from the format of large tourist restaurants, Cassa Ceviche preserves an intimate and relaxed scale where the cooking carries more weight than the spectacle.
