In Mía, the beach and the table share the spotlight. In front of the Caribbean, the day can begin on the sand and continue around a lunch without there being too much need to decide where one experience ends and the other begins. Gastronomy occupies an important place within the concept, with a proposal designed to accompany a full day by the sea. Fish, seafood and fresh flavors find natural companions in wine and cocktails, giving Mía a more gastronomic personality than many spaces built solely around beach beds and music. The pace changes with the hours. The sun advances over the Caribbean, new bottles appear on the tables and what began as a visit to the beach can easily transform into a long afternoon between food, conversation, and some dips in the sea. There are days that are remembered for everything we did and others precisely for the opposite. Mía belongs to the latter: a table near the water, a glass served and the strange pleasure of discovering that for several hours there was nowhere else we needed to be.
