Raíces

Raíces starts from a clear idea: to use mixology to tell something about Mexico. Its bar works with national spirits, fruits, spices, infusions, and its own preparations to build a menu that goes beyond margaritas and traditional mixes. Mezcal and other agave spirits have a significant presence, accompanied by signature cocktails where technique and presentation seek to preserve a connection with Mexican ingredients. The bar itself defines its proposal as a meeting between mixology and Mexican culture. The atmosphere maintains an interesting balance: it is very close to Quinta Avenida, but the experience inside the bar is calmer and more personal than that of many venues along the tourist corridor. Raíces represents a contemporary Playa that does not need to abandon its Mexican identity to create something sophisticated. A bar where the origin of the ingredients matters as much as the final glass.
