Suculento

Ramen and creative Japanese cuisine move away from the tourist center to find a neighborhood space where tradition, local produce, and new combinations coexist without unnecessary rules.

Succulent Ramen forces you to leave the center of Playa, and that is part of its appeal. In Real Ibiza, its proposal pushes Japanese cuisine into a more creative and everyday territory. Ramen, yakisoba, udon and different Japanese dishes coexist with preparations of tuna, seafood and combinations that inevitably reflect the Mexican environment where the restaurant is born. The experience is informal and clearly aimed at eating rather than putting on a show. The portions, the intense flavors and some Japanese-inspired desserts complete a menu that allows for experimentation. Succulent represents a part of Playa that BALAM should show more: restaurants that exist outside the tourist circuit and that develop their own identity for those who really live in the city.
